Online Therapy for Anxiety, Stress & Life Transitions

Compassionate, client-centered therapy with Michelle Manning, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
Supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

Hi, I’m Michelle.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals navigating life’s challenges.

I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a powerful step toward clarity and change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person I work with. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and experiences at your own pace, and work toward meaningful, lasting growth.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step – and finding the right therapist is an important part of that process. Not every therapist is the right fit for every person, and that’s completely okay.

Ready to get started?
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

My Approach

I often draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a practical, evidence-based approach that explores the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Together, we work to identify patterns that may be contributing to how you’re feeling and develop strategies to navigate challenges more effectively.

I also take an integrative approach, incorporating elements of mindfulness-based techniques, emotion-focused therapy, and solution-focused strategies, depending on your individual needs and goals.

The focus of our work is to provide you with tools and insight that you can carry into your day-to-day life.
